The AM Residence stands upon a trapezoidal-shaped plot in the residential district of Bintaro, in South Jakarta. It was built from 2008 to 2013 by Andra Matin for himself and his family. Despite its unapologetically modern bare concrete volumes, the house establishes an almost symbiotic relationship with the surrounding environment and provides the ideal habitat in the hot and humid climate of Jakarta.
