The Great Repair: umunyu marks the first presentation of The Great Repairon the African continent. Developed in dialogue with munyu, a Nairobi-based platform for interdisciplinary practice led by artists and other cultural practitioners, ARCH+ and munyu rework the project, previously presented in Berlin, Paris and Malmö, through the lens of its local context. In doing so, they open up new perspectives on repair as a paradigm for design and social transformation.
