The “canyon” designed by idealice, which runs perpendicular to the buildings’ orientation, provides a sheltered space that can be used in different ways. Thanks to the soft, sound-absorbing EPDM rubber granulate covering, it is an excellent play area. The central walkways, pergolas, and connecting corridors of the upper floors create a multilayered space between the buildings’ massing. / © Hertha Hurnaus
